This program introduces children, pre-teens, and teens, to workouts with age-appropriate movements and exercises that assist in maximizing physical skills, self-confidence, and body awareness. The CrossFit Kids program promotes a healthy relationship with physical activity, enhances a child's motor skills by teaching better movement and cognitive skills through engaging children during their workouts, and better develops your child for athletics by incorporating strength and conditioning to improve their overall athleticism.

The following age-range descriptions are general in nature. Based on the coach's assessment, certain exceptions may be made. Children over 14 may participate in adult CrossFit classes, if coach-approved.


AGES 6-10 (Kids)

Introduction to CrossFit and the fundamental movements. For those children newer to CrossFit or just wanting to play more game-like scenarios and enjoy moving.

AGES 11-13 (Pre-teen)

Still learning the fundamental movements of CrossFit, but beginning to add some load to the movements. Introduction of more complicated movements but also still just learning how to move and have fun with fitness. Classes will still consist of some games to help encourage movement.

AGES 14-17 (Teen)

These young adults are starting to get into the competitive CrossFit movements. They are able to use barbells and can scale adult workouts to complete. With coach-approval, these individuals may participate in regular CrossFit classes with a standard CrossFit membership. They may also attend classes during the pre-teen class times.

AGES 6-10 (KIDS) | Wednesdays at 5:30PM AND Saturdays at 10AM | 11/30, 12/3, 12/7, 12/14, 12/17, 12/21, 12/24, 12/28, 12/31, 1/4, 1/7

AGES 11+ (TEEN-ISH) | Wednesdays at 6:30PM AND Saturdays at 9AM | 11/30, 12/3, 12/7, 12/14, 12/17, 12/21, 12/24, 12/28, 12/31, 1/4, 1/7
