What is CrossFit?CrossFit is an extremely efficient and effective way to get into the best shape of your life. Our workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements (like pushups and pullups, deadlifts and squats, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing, and Olympic lifting), performed at a high intensity in a fun and friendly group setting. During each class you will be coached and motivated by one or more of our highly trained coaches. Not comfortable with barbells or Olympic lifting? No problem - we offer barbell free programming. New to CrossFit? Don't worry - all classes include programming for beginners, as well as intermediate and experienced athletes. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Is this really for me? I'm a little out of shape and kind of intimidated.Don't worry, this is for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Everything can be modified by weight, reps, and/or time, based on your fitness level. All walks of life and backgrounds are welcome, including stay-at-home parents, busy professionals, senior citizens, college students, and ex-athletes, etc. In short, if you care about health, being a part of a great community, or just want to look and feel better, then CrossFit is for you. Still not sure if you are ready to join? Try it for free - sign-up here.

How much does it cost?Click here to see our flexible membership pricing options. CrossFit offers exceptional value compared to your traditional gym. You may pay $10-$100 per month at other gyms, BUT you're not getting technical programming, high-quality coaching, community, encouragement, and most importantly - results. You get a personal training level of attention in a small group setting. In short, it's worth it!

What is the class schedule and duration?Standard CrossFit classes are 50-60 minutes in duration. Once you become a member, you will reserve your classes in advance through our gym management software (PushPress Members app). See our schedule here.

I've had an injury/surgery. Can I still do CrossFit?While we are not physicians (and we highly recommend you discuss any workout program with your physician prior to starting), CrossFit can be used to successfully rehabilitate from injuries. We believe the best route to long-term health is to learn perfect form through functional movements, and to slowly build strength in those movements, rather than avoiding them altogether. Our coaches are well experienced, and always happy to work with you to scale and substitute exercises and tailor workouts to your abilities. That said, we cannot offer you specific medical advice, and advise that you consult your physician before starting this (or any other) exercise program.

Will CrossFit make me bulky?Nope.

Do you have child care?We do offer an informal child care option - the Trailside Tykes Room. Best suited for ages 2-7, our playroom is safe and comfortable, and includes a TV, coloring books, and plenty of toys. There is also a security camera that is streamed into the gym area. Parents will have the option to view their children through the window that looks into the gym area or simply view the in-gym TV displaying the security footage. Older children and guests are welcome to wait in the lounge/lobby area.
